If you like spinach and artichoke dip you have to try my spicy version of this creamy, cheesy goodness. Made with pepper jack cheese for a spicy twist on this mouthwatering dip.

Pepper Jack Spinach & Artichoke Dip

I love creamy, cheesy spinach and artichoke dip. However, I'm a little picky about my spinach and artichoke dip. I don't like too many onions, I don't like it to taste too much like spinach and I do not like it bland. I like spice! I decided to make my own with an added twist of pepper jack cheese. I mean, what isn't good with pepper jack cheese? It is mouthwatering delicious with just a little kick of spice. If you're like me and like things extra spicy, go ahead and use all pepper jack cheese eliminating the mozzarella. Or go all in and add the cayenne pepper too. This is by far the best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had and I think you'll love it too.

Pepper Jack Spinach & Artichoke Dip is great served as a traditional dip with chips or vegetables. If you want to get real crazy, spread some on a piece of bread and add some turkey and tomato slices for a simply extra grilled cheese. You'll be making this dip just for sandwiches, it's seriously so good.
