My girl turned 3, so we celebrated with her favorite thing...popsicles. All she wanted for her party was a strawberry cake and lots and lots of popsicles. This Cool Three Popsicle Party was so much fun to plan and of course I got a little carried away with the details making it "extra." Only the best for my popsicle loving three year old!

The punch was a mix of lemon lime soda, lemonade and seltzer water with frozen strawberries and mangoes added in. It was served over homemade popsicles made of mango and strawberry puree with a crazy straw for extra fun.

To fill the ice buckets I created colorful large ice balls by filling a balloon with water and food coloring and freezing. I filled the bottom of my bucket with ice, added the popsicles and filled in the top with the colorful ice balls.

Can you get any better than Prosecco poured over popsicles? No, you can't. My favorite was the watermelon mint lemonade popsicle, oh my they were soooo good. I also made blueberry lemonade, mango lemonade and strawberry lemonade popsicles to serve with Prosecco.

For the flower arrangements I put one vase inside a larger one and filled the space in between with sprinkles, lots and lots of sprinkles. I found fresh pink and purple flowers from our local grocery store to make the arrangements in the middle vase. Paired with this 3 balloon from Amazon it made the most adorable centerpiece.

Her cake was a combination of photos I found online of a popsicle cake and an ice cream cone cake. I love how it turned out and this sprinkle candle from amazon couldn't have been more perfect.

This sprinkles and ice cream dress from Cheeky Plum was absolutely perfect for her party! I love their children's clothing as they always have cute and different designs that are great quality.

That's a wrap on our Simply Extra popsicle party! We had the best time and ate too many popsicles, if there is such a thing.
